Cisco asked: What is the best method to sell a very small home-based business? I think it may be too small to go through a business broker, so not certain what the best way to market or advertise the sale of the business. Also, what is a good way to value a business with very little in assets and no debt. Sales of about $13,500 a year for part-time work from home.

Helen Gates asked: I’m a home-based business owner and I also work full-time for my night shift job. Because of my schedule, I need to hire a couple of part-time people to help with administrative tasks. I’ve had many inquiries from people but they want to be paid cash (under the table). However I don’t want to get in trouble with Revenue Canada because of not taking the tax deductions off. But I don’t know how to calculate payroll deductions. Any suggestions from anyone? My family and friends don’t live nearby and they aren’t able to help me.

kirbys_girl52 asked: I have a two month old. I would love to work but I don’t want anyone else watching her. I want to be the one with her all the time. Are there any good ideas for a home based business that don’t require school or a lot of training? Any moms or dads that work from home.
